Her novice eventer has just been diagnosed with left suspensory and bone changes to the navicular in both feet.
She is going for for an MRi soon subject to insurance to see if there is any soft tissue damage.

Is she going event again?

Wanting all storries good and bad on horses that have it.

Thanks

There's no real way to know without the MRI results. Soft tissue damage within the foot is often a tricky one and recovery depends on age of horse, treatment and most importantly how quickly the diagnosis was reached.
Jesper has collateral ligament damage in his right fore and suspensory damage to his left hind and would never have been fit for eventing but he's just one example.
When Jesper was diagnosed I spoke to a large number of people and a few horses did return to work but as I say completely depends on the situation.
