Possible rug/horse thief in East Sussex (Pic of suspect included)

I refer to the following 2 posts from Blodwyn. This guy was very suspicious. He knew the rugs were stolen from the horses backs in the field. He also turned up at the yard out of the blue with no car and we later saw him again hanging round the duel carriageway near the yard.

He may have been totally innocent, but from what he was saying and the questions he was asking I was very suspicious.

Yes, they were not interested, Said they would send a unit round if one was in the area, and no one turned up all day. Were not interested in the pic either.

Not really sure this is of any help but this guy was standing outside a hotel in eastbourne this afternoon so he is still in the area
