A long shot but does anyone know the name of the lady who backs horses/solves problem horses largely by giving treats and positive encouragement. I seem to remember she just tacks them up in the field etc. and uses a hay bale to mount from and think she may be from the south of England. I think there were a few videos online of her but other than that I don't have any more details - possibly a wild goose chase
