possibly ? stolen stallion shropshire

hi not sure as the details not that clear hade a emil last week also in shropshire star report was stallion taken from field a horse missing from field at tilstock whitchurch may have been stolen .the animals owner suspects the black and white coleford stallion was stolen during the past few weeks .it was kept in a field with other horses near darnford hall .police appeling for info.just thought id post this as i havent seen it on the forum .i think it is a small vanner type

The owners should obtain the police incident number from when the theft was reported and send it to Horsewatch so that the details (including Freezemark and Micro-Chip) can be circulated.

horsewaytch emailed me last week then it was in paper its in paper reported to police so they should have a incident number .its all quite vauge ,i think thet didnt check there stock regually

I received that message and saw it in the paper but it was so vague. I think I know this field, obviously the horses aren't checked very often

I have never heard of a coleford stallion, I thought they perhaps meant coloured.

think colford is like coates breeds but smaller gypsy cob about 11-13hh

Ah right thanks. Just that the field I am thinking of had a coloured cob in it. Will have to drive past and see if it is still there.

i received and circulated the ringmaster message from the Shropshire police last week, I did enquire what a Colford stallion was and asked for more details, that's the only details they have received?
