Posting a video - getting despondant!

The dvd's I ordered from Portman have arrived and I would love to share them with you. I HAVE asked for permission and been given it from Playback Sports Ltd, so that's not a problem. However the size of the files is! When I saved the dvd to my laptop it saved it in 3 different file types, only one of which is ok to upload to Youtube. The problem is it's over 4 times bigger than the maximum size. I tried compressing it but that didn't reduce it anywhere near enough. Does anyone have any bright ideas - whether it's saving it in a different format (you'll have to tell me how), or a different website to use? Photobucket has the same size restriction... Thanks to anyone who can help!
 
Cut it into 4 videos using Windows Movie Maker

Thanks guys - however it appears that despite them giving me verbal permission to use it, they have still written in digital coding that prevents it from being edited, WMM won't pick up the file at all
