heya guys...

I know you can post images through photobucket but im pretty sure someone has mentioned before there is a way of posting images off of facebook onto here as proper images rather than just a link to an image....would any lovely soul like to explain to me how to do that?

thanks in advance :D

Right click on the photo, click on 'properties', copy the image link address in the box that will pop up and then put that link in the image code :)

So

Way I do it is right click on the photo and then select view image and then copy and paste the url of that screen and stick in the
flags :)

nope, I officially dont seem to have a view image when I right click on the facebook photo, and when I put the URL link in between a
I get a red cross like above :o

do NOT do that - if you post the URL, it means everyone then has direct access to your facebook profile not just the pictures! I don't know the work around but I deleted off my facebook pictures on here when I tested them

No it doesn't - you can't get to my profile from this, can you?:

It's only if you link to your FB album that people can see your profile, and that's only if it's not locked down properly.

thanks for all your help guys.
I still cant get it to work, I am going to the photo on facebook, right clicking and going to properties, then copying the URL link inbetween
but it just comes up with a red cross.
think maybe I will just have to use photobucket still

Ah ok, are you using Internet Explorer rather than Firefox then?

In that case, what you're doing should work, but maybe you're not copying all of the URL - it's not usually all visible so you'll have to drag the mouse down as you're selecting it, or you can triple-click then copy.

Might be worth pasting it into the address bar then to check that you've got the right code and then once you know that's working, THEN put it between the image tags and post it up on H&H - if you do it one step at a time like this, it's easier to see where the problem is.
