Potential buyers/loaners not turning up!!!

Am fuming!! I have just had my 3rd no show and without any form of contact for my lovely tb mare. Tried calling to make sure they weren't lost etc but no answer!
I would never leave someone in a wet field waiting for me to view of I wasn't prepared to turn up! Am I wrong in thinking this? Cap it all am not feeling very well either!
Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?
 
Me too. so frustrating, we are trying to loan and we keep getting loads of contacts but when they arrange to view thats it. One person was contacting me over and over with lots of question, answered everything spent ages. They asked to come and try her out but we were at a hunter trials that day. I emailed after a week of still not hearing and they said sorry we havent decided where we would keep a pony yet :mad: .

Some people are just rude and dont care, I went to view a share horse on Saturday and sat waiting for 45 minutes waiting for the owner to turn up, she didnt even bother ringing or texting to tell me she was running late! I was so close to driving off when she showed up....after all that (and I was running late for my next viewing because of her) it put me in a bad mindset and I must admit it put me off the horse a bit, I didnt fancy sharing with an owner that would show up so late to a viewing!

Think of it this way though - you are weeding out the idiots before the perfect person comes along to give your lovely mare a good home!
