Potential loan horse for friend- anyone know it?

My friend is gong to see this horse with a view to loan him to event. She wants something to gain experience on and learn with/ on.

Something to learn on? With this comment in the ad?
Can be challenging (although the end result is worth it!) so therefore needs a confident, experienced rider to advance him through the levels

She will be doing smaller than he is doing at the moment to begin with. She is a very experienced rider and will also have alot of support around her but has not done alot of XC which is why she is looking to loan something to start with.

She has spoken to the owner and he seems quite suitable, just wondered if anyone knew him.
