Power to stables/yard

Hi guys i know i haven't posted here for a while but i need to pick some brains..so here goes,

Has anybody had power hooked up to their stables/yards?..Can you give me a rough guide to cost from the leccy company?.I have the power poles very near to where stables will be..Thanks

We have a power pole thing right next to our fence we contacted power people who sent a pack out and over the phone they said it could be anything up to about 2500 to connect - we havnt had the survey guys out yet so hoping when they see it it will be less but we are expecting in the 4 digits

Our nearest power is about 200 yds away and 6 years ago they wanted £10,000 plus we had to do the work on our land and get it passed. They wouldn't let it come above ground to us it all had to go below ground. Can't remember who we had to contact but not one of the companies that supply and charge you. Good luck

Jesus...That is ALOT of money..

The power pole is about 10 feet from where the stables will be put..
