Hi guys,

After all the recent posts about Surrey Equestrian, I thought it would be a good idea to tell you that I've had a FANTASTIC service from them this week....(I'm nothing to do with them at all, just a customer who is more than pleased!!!).

I needed some Pink Powder urgently for my mare (on vets advice)....Surrey had the 1.4kg for only a little more than our local saddlery were selling the 700g for...

I rang Surrey at 2:15pm yesterday and asked how quick I could get the item....its has just arrived with me, next day by 12:30...:D:D

Excellent!! I know some people had bad experiences, but maybe things are getting better?
 
Yep agree. I ordered some stuff that was fab prices, and it arrived the next working day, including things that are normally hard to get hold of because they are a funny size! Thumbs up here too :)
 
I think surrey equestrian has added real-time stock counts on their site now which helps enormously. As they used to sell stuff through their website they didn't actually have in stock!!
I once waited 10 days for new travel boots when i called they were still waiting for them to get to the warehouse!! I went to the store personally and got a refund (at least I live close by) Tempted to try them again now though after these reports...
 
Well their pink powder was only £4.50 more for the 1.4 kg than my local saddlery were selling the 700g for..so price wise spot on and can't say better than that delivery wise.
I'd certainly use them again after that...though to be honest, i'd used them a couple of times before and not had a problem....
 
I ordered something from them 2 days ago and it arrived today. Ive never had a problem with them either. I would use them again no doubt
