If the vetting picked up a sore back would you still buy or walk away?

Would you listen to the physio that has dealt with the horse a few times or the vet who has never previously seen it?

no never!! nearly always has a secondary cause, often hock or hind suspensory, that only becomes apparent much later. also another point to think of is that a lot of vets may not pick up minor back issues sou could mean it is quite/very bad

both the horse I have had last had back issues that seemed much better after treatment but always came back a few months later, both had hind leg problems. It is not just this that make me say the above it is a well known connection
