Pre start: setting up a homemade treat business

Hey, my name is Lynsay and I've been thinking about starting up my own equine treat business but I can't find anywhere saying if i need to register the business and find an insurance anywhere. Its all dog related.

Any help or advice on this would be extremely appreciated

I suspect your best place to start is your local trading standards contact. The council should hopefully have good information.
