Pregnancy????

Hi all. I have just brought a rescue pony back from a rescue centre and realised that her tummy is large but she has no weight on her top line and her vulva is very elongated. I poo picked today and found a live pin worm! I would of just put it all down to worms of her vulva wasn't so big! is it only pregnancy that courses the vulva to elongate? (I do have pics but can't seem to figure out how to post them)

When in doubt, call the vet. Belly could be from the worms, she may have had a foal before... lots of possibilities.
