Prelim 7 - suitable for beginners?

Just wondering what peoples thoughts were as there's some medium movements....

It's only Medium Walk though isn't it? Which is just normal walk.

I have found it to be one of the nicest flowing tests and easiest to remember. I would definitely say it's suitable for beginners.

Only had a quick look over thought there was medium trot too. was thinking of taking a baby for an outing but wondered if it might be a bit much. Cheers guys

Straight in at the deep end is the ultimate way to learn!

I'm doing it on Mally on Monday, just had a look at the test, definitely just Med Walk.

there's no medium trot in any prelim test. prelim can only consist of working trot and canter and medium and free walk. 7 is about the easiest test going. generally have to prod myself to stay awake in it!

It's harder to stay awake judging it, all they seem to do for the first half is trot around the arena a lot!!

far too much for naughty ponies to find things to spook at in my experience!
