Anyone got one of these rugs and if so are you pleased with it? Thinking of buying one but it doesn't have shoulder gussets so wondering how much it restricts movement.

I've got an ID mare with huge shoulders and chest and last time I bought a premier rug it wasn't the best fit although that was years ago and I've heard lots of good reports recently.

Tea, coffee and biccies for anyone interested - bar not open yet :)

Go for the Buster pattern, they have shoulder gussets and fit better than the bustino in my experience. They do a 450g in the buster too, I have one, haven't used it yet as I didn't clip in the end last year but I used the 300g one loads and it was brilliant. Lovely fit, 100% waterproof etc

I bought a Bustino LW for my IDx mare this summer and did feel it was a bit restrictive.

Nice rug but not the right shape for my mare, it rubbed on her hips and tummy so was promptly sold through ebay.

Hi, I have a big ID and got him this rug last year, doesn't fit him good at all :( I love the horseware rugs for bigger horses .

Thanks Figgy I did wonder because they look a bit tight over shoulders on their website and horse isn't exactly huge. I'll have a look a horseware

mine fits my mare really well (chunky monkey - far more so than the pics show ;) she has a lot of feather thats clipped off each summer ;)) but i did go up a size to 7' - the 6'9 was a bit snug - fine in the lower weights though
ps - i always use a bossy's bib ;)
