Does anyone have these or the standard sports boot? Are the triple layer ones worth the extra money? I have a horse returning to work after a fairly minor tendon injury and not sure whether to spend the extra £££ on the triple layer ones for more protection. He is a 16.2hh ISH pretty heavy so they have recommended large for fronts and back

I ordered some in the recent sale to use as travel boots! The XL only just fit my 16.3 friesian.....

They are quite solid and padded but I dont have the other model to compare with.

thanks, did you go for the triple layer or the standard? He might take XL behind but think he will be large on the front. I have the turnout boots in medium which are a good fit. Cant believe I missed the discount prices yesterday lol!

I have the normal ones... they are great protection but found they stretched a bit so fall down sometimes which is annoying but the Velcro on them is very very strong!

I have the triple layer and find them excellent. They have been wearing well and just bought another two sets on sale to wear for best. I have large front and back on a relatively chunky 16.3 tb

I have the triple layer as there breathable. Always sworn by Professional Choice, but the PE ones are far better in my opinion.
Just wait a couple of days they will be back in the 20% off.

thank you, think I am going to go for the triple layer, especially given his injury! now to work out the sizes...thanks so much for your help :-)
