anyone got one?
both of ours there lightweights appear to be officially useless and Frank (though fully clipped) is getting far too hot with his MW on now..... heat rash
he is currently in stable naked and still hot!
We have had rhinos this winter and have loved them, keep them bonedry and dry out really quickly over night. BUT we have the v-necks on them which have fitted really well but horseware only do the classic neck on the lightweights
which I dont think is going to fit either of ours that well. Frank is the welshie and he isnt that wide for a welsh but has shoulders, the v always sits well forward. Cally has no shoulders, at all, so most rugs pull back on them and rub and she gets big gaps on the neck where the rain gets in... the v-neck sorted this too.
so looking at the options I am thinking about the PE rug, on the pics it seems to come up quite high on the neck which might suit the no shoulders, but it has a gusset which might suit Frank. And as its nylon outer like the rambos I am assuming it is absolutely waterproof and will stay like it for a few years!
any thoughts on waterproofness/fit on your horses please?
Ps also if I order them I can get cally (palo!) some black and pink xc boots
