I'm in need of some eventing boots for Abbie as she starts her BE career next year but as of January will be doing some more serious XC schooling so need some boots for her. They seem the best value for money!

I quite like the air cooled original ones however there are some the same without vents which are cheaper. How necessary are the air cooled ones?

I want to make sure I get the right ones! Also how do they come up size wise?

From the website she would need a medium - are they true to size??

Thanks

They are brilliants - got the fronts and OR boots in November and my daughter bought me the hinds for Christmas.

Like the air cooled ones as quite keen on the idea that they allow the air to run through. My daughter's have been going for 6 years now and still look good as new.

Re:sizing - her TB is 15.1 and is small allround; my ISH is 16.1 and is medium allround.

Thanks - good to know sizing is fine! They sound brilliant may order some tomorrow!

Yes I like the sound of the air cooled, i may just get air cooled fronts and normal hinds for now as next season will only be BE80(t) and BE90!

I have some of the air cooled Premier Equine ones and they spin around really badly so have gone back to Prolites instead.

I would offer you my set but they are a large.

Just ordered a set of air cooled original fronts at £29.99 as the £19.99 ones are have since sold out since last night at midnight when I checked!

I will use good quality brushing boots behind for now - she is only at BE80 level at the minute and before our first event in April will get a set of hinds as cant afford a pair at the minute now I have got the fronts!

I find the sizes come up pretty large - have a 17.1hh ISHx and the large PE boots are the only thing he's not close to growing out of.

A friend has found hers slip round badly on her TB, I haven't experienced that, so maybe they suit some more than others.

I love mine! I have two sets of the racing boots and two of the air cooled brushing boots. They got really well and are incredibly light weight and easy to clean.
I am slowly working my way buying all of the products from there catalogue! :)

I've used PE boots on cob and tb and have no issues at all. My tb goes out in them all day and zero issues, their rugs are fab too!
