I have just bought a Premier Equine turnout rug for my mare. I know they are generous fitting but the fillet strap seems really low. The rest of the rug looks fine. Any suggestions as to how to bring the fillet strap higher? I had thought about moving the D rings but there is nowhere to sew tem onto higher up.
