I have bought my 21 year old boy some Premier Equine infrared boots, to help with morning stiffness now he is stabled over night for winter. They have good reviews.
The instructions say that the optimum time for wearing them is 4 hours which at present we are doing in the evening. However this means either myself or my friend have to go to the yard twice in the evening. There is nothing on the instructions to say don't leave them on longer, do you think I could leave them on over night?
Has anyone done this? With 4 hours they are making a difference.

I read about these boots. Apparently you can leave them on for 12 hours but they say be careful of rubs etc, which is true with anything , but the optimum treatment time is 4 hours. Not sure that helps!!

Given the only likely benefit is going to be from the fabric keeping the joints warmer, I would be happy to leave on overnight
