Premier Equine Rug Sizing

Hi all I have a premier equine turnout in 6'6" which is slightly big but would rather that than tight. But I'm after a fleece cooler and wondered if anyone has them and whether they are true to size or come up big? I travel my horse tacked up a lot so a snug fit is no good!

Ok, we'll I've always found that I need a size smaller - last pony & current pony both 6'3" in all makes but only 6' in PE, BUT - I got the fleece last week and it just fits my boy, it definitely comes up smaller than other PE rugs.

No experience of PE fleece but have always found that you need to go down a size in PE rugs(so my 6'6" boy needs a 6'3").

Still not sure whether to order 6.3 or 6.6 asked PE themselves and they say they are true to size!

PE rugs come up big! I would go a size smaller if I were you, especially with a fleece as they stretch.

I use PE rugs for my spanish horses, as they are deep and generous around chest for their big necks. I still have to go size smaller though.

I have my horse in a 6ft 6 PE Turnout, fits perfectly, bought the PE Bustino cooler in 6ft 6 and also fits perfectly, so if you dont want a snug fit definitely dont get the 6ft 3, hope that helps

Thanks will go for a 6.6 I think as would rather a little too big than a too tight

i found the older versions came up big and would have agreed about going down a size - however, I now find them true to size so beware I bought both a fleece cooler and 2 buster T/O's with liners this year and they've been fab.

I've always had to go up a size for mine.
