Does anyone know if the sizes come up big, small or average in this brand?

I'm about to splash out on a fly rug but not sure if to go for 6ft6 or 6ft3.
6ft6 mark todd rugs come up just right on my 16.1 tb as do masta but I have a 6ft6 weatherbeeta rug that drowns him. .

Thoughts?

6'6 I would say got that on my mare same height but very long mare fits well but wouldn't want to be ant smaller but she is very long horse.

Yep he's not that long.. just has big shoulders for a TB and can burst out the front of some 6ft3's :o. For some reason I'm leaning towards the 6ft3 as I have afeeling they are quite generous?

Sounds the opposite of my TB who is 16 2 with big shoulders and fits a 6'6" weatherbeeta really well (though not Landas)

Mark Todd's and Amigos are too snug round the neck and shoulders and so were Premier Equine. Both 6'6"

However the PEs were generous in depth and were so deep that they came down to his knees so watch that.

I think they're fairly generous. My horses who take a 6'6" in Mark Todd and Rambo take a 6'3" in PE. They are a Hanoverian and a WB x TB both 16 -16.1hh. The bigger horses can also wear them although would perhaps buy a size up specifically for them lengthwise as they are both 16.2hh+, a Hanoverian x TB and an ID xTB type.

I think they come up quite large. My TB is 6'6" in horsewear but both weatherbeeta & PE rugs drown him at 6'6". I had a PE heavyweight in 6'6" but always felt I should've got a smaller size, I sold it last winter & got the 6'3" which is a perfect fit.

My gelding is 6'3 in weather beater and amigo rugs but is 6'0 in PE. Did get the 6'3 originally and it drowned him. My mare is 6'6 in everything tho??

my mare is 6ft3 in everything, but a 6ft3 mark todd is on the small side on her, whereas a 6ft3 premier equine is big on her :)

She is a welsh D so big chunky girl :)

Ok thank you! On the replies I'm going to go with the 6ft3. I'd normally stick to the 6ft6 but I have a strong feeling that this brand will come up a bit big.
Thank you!
