Premier Equine - wow!

Yesterday I ordered a saddle cloth, and it arrived today! (and their postage costs are very cheap). It was the wrong product unfortunately, and when I contacted them they said I could keep it and they would also send me the right one.

I know that their customer service has not exactly been the subject of praise on here in the past - but they have obviously sorted that out! Absolutely brilliant! I now LOVE PE.

I ordered something on monday (I think) and it came the next day, I have ordered before and know they are very good for delivery but was shocked when the post man came banging on my door for me to sign for my stuff.
Great to hear you are getting to keep the other product and get a new one.

I think PE have always had excellent customer service?

I ordered something on Tuesday at 4pm, it arrived yesterday morning, I couldn't believe it, especially as it had been after midday when I ordered!

Very impressed!!

PE have DEFINITELY NOT always had good customer service! Glad to hear they have pulled their socks up. I will never buy from them again.

They seem to be a bit of a 'hit and miss' company but I've always had great customer service from them and I think their rugs are brill

I love Premier Equine,,, I dont buy any other rugs now and love the sale at the end of the winter buy all rugs then!!

I have a huge range of the PE rugs and have never had a single problem with them. Delivery has always been 1st class.

I've recently read posts about poor customer service from them but I've never had any problems with them at all & have bought from them numerous times.
