Prestwold Estate - Leicestershire - anyone know about riding it?

Anyone ride around the Prestwold Estate

Loads of maps and stuff but I don't know if I came box up and park somewhere safe or it more for local horsey folk riding into the Estate? Any ideas or the best circular routes around 5 miles or so.

Or pubs near by that we could load up at..and have a drink

You can ride this with TROT www.tollrides.org.uk its £7 a day I believe.

Thank you, I'll have a look at the TROT scheme.. Was thinking of joining before - just searching earlier and thought could get round Prestwold for free.

Hi, you can ride around Prestwold for free, on the designated paths, tracks and field margins. However, parking is not so easy, but there might be a couple of local pubs that would oblige. There's The Packe, Hoton which is probably the nearest, or the Anchor, Walton

The estate is loved to ride around
