Price of horses????

Hi all
I seek help! I have a 16.0hh 4 YO coloured mare cob X TB whom I'm going to sell as just broken and riding away. I have no idea of what to put her up for. she is sure to make an excellent allrounder/ competition horse. How much would you expect to pay for a mare like this? There's no 'parkers guide' for horses so i wondered what horse prices are like regionally?? Not sure how to attach a pic though!

I sold something similar 2 1/2 years ago and I only got £1800 for her. She was well bred and has since competed and been placed locally in all disciplines, her recent being an open hunter trial.
Prices of horses have gone down since then, at least they have in the North East.

I don't regret selling her though because she went to a lovely home!

I am shocked daily when I see the price some horses are up for.
People play on potential, but to me a proven gift at a disciple is required or I would be going on the horses aa it is now in front of me.

What build is your mare?
What have her family been successful at?
What is her attitude to work and has she any quirks?
