Pricing Suggestions Please

How would you price a horse like this (I am mainly a showjumping person so a little unsure).

16.2 5 yo Irish, winner in the show ring as Lightweight Hunter and placed (although not qualified) in RIHS qualifiers, BSJA winnings in a couple of outings, cross country schooled (goes through water, etc), hacks out alone or in company with beautiful manners and 100% in traffic, not at all spooky and very safe, wonderful temperament in and out of the stable, great conformation, plenty of charisma and eye catching due to good looks, and very friendly?

On a serious note, isn't this against t&c's or is that the reason everyone is being a little quirky?

What sort of scope are we talking? And is the breeding fashionable/popular?
I would say a smart top end RC potential around £6K, add a decent breeding, showing success and some scope above that, you are looking at maybe £8-10k. It is a bit of a guesswork and also depends on part of the country the horse is in.
