Priddy Fair

I've recently found out my horse went through Priddy Sheep Fair last year, having been taken there by a dealer from Southampton. I have been on the fair's website but it doesn't give much info so I was just hoping somebody on here may have previous experience/knowledge?

I have tracked down the owner of the stallion so my boy was definitely born in the UK (and apparently has a full sister somewhere too) but I would dearly love to try and fill in the gaps on his past. I don't imagine it will be very glamorous by the state he was in by the time he was 3yrs old but I would like the info nonetheless.

i know when i looked at him, 2 certain west country based irish dealers were VERY interested in him..

i walked away as the price was too high..

Hey JM07 do you know when the next priddy fair is or if they are doing anymore sales locally I might be looking for a ponio for the kiddies.

Next Priddy is august 19th..

Sedgemoor is next thursday evening 6pm at bridgwater market

Stow is twice a year...

i've just sold a brilliant kids pony on horsemart this weekend...

JM07 has been awesome at answering my questions but I was also hoping someone might know of the dealer in Southampton that attends? I understand it is pretty chaotic though so it is unlikely

Ah i see, sorry can answer most q's on the fair but dont know any southampton dealers im afraid, but if anyone is likely to its JM!

something for my little ones who are 1 and 4 so a NICE shetland or little welsh a but it has to be safe.
