I know of it but no experience of it myself. Am stabled not far away from there. However I think the lady who has recently taken over the yard is on here. If you search Priory stables, you should be able to find her.

As far as I know you have hacking directly into Langley Park without Road Work and Black Park is opposite but that may involve road work. Hacking is much better there than where I am. Will see if I can get the lady's user name for you and PM it so that you can PM her.

A couple of friends have had their horses there for re-hab - from what I hear it is a very good yard. not sure if they do "normal" livery or if it is all rehab, but worth checking out.
Hacking is OK - you do need to do some roadwork to get to Langley Park and then cross a busy road over into Black Park - but it is do-able, I used to ride over there a lot years ago.

I am a livery there and also have experience of having been a rehab livery. My pony was there 7 months on rehab livery for a broken splint bone and I came back recently as a part livery.
Very kind experienced patient people, who treat horses as individuals. My pony who is not very straightforward loves it there.
There is some lovely hacking in the area I and another livery hacked over to Langley park and then into Black park yesterday. If you want to go to Black Park you need to cross the dual carriage way but it is quite straightforward if you have a horse that is good in traffic. We had a lovely canter in Langley park and then went to Black Park for as well for a little bit.
There is off road hacking in that there is a path next to the yard but to get further you do need to go on the road so you would need a horse that is not terrified of traffic to enjoy hacking further a field, unless you have a horse transport then you can box to Windsor great park or other places like that.
There is also a field at the end of the road you can ride in and a short road ride you can do.
I prefer hacking than schooling {although there is a fantastic school at the yard with full set of SJ's and mirrors} and am very happy with the hacking there.
