I just got some noticed it says it has magnesium oxide in it. I have just brought some magnesium oxide 97.7% would i need to cut down how much mag ox i need to feed as it has it in already?

I think that within reason you can't overdose on magnesium, as I'm feeding extra magnesium plus a supplement with magnesium in it.

They wee out all the surplus that they don't need.

Fed at the full rate a horse of 15.2 [science recommendations] consider feeding minimum 6gms magnesium per day [12gms MgO], this is the amount in P B +, as far as I can see.
The Rockley Farm recommend up to 25gms Mamgnesium per day [50gms MgO] for a large barefoot horse, it is thought that excess is excreted. The danger is that they start to reject the feed due to the taste.
I have some balanced minerals, and will feed extra MgO because I don't feel he needs the full recommended rate of PB+, as his diet is full of good stuff.
The thing that I have greatest faith in is Micronised Linseed meal.

Shes a 14hh cob. Im currently useing 25g of pro B as she is in light work and 50g of micronised linseed. Just got the magnesium oxide 97.7% and was going to feed 8grms and just enough speedibeet to cover it all.

are those numbers seem right?
