I went to order the Pro Balance today, and looked back at my old order (I can never remember which one I order!) and noticed it has gone up by £10 since April!

Any suggestions of an alternative? I just think that is quite a hike

Have you checked whether the more expensive price includes p&p? Pro Earth do, somewhat confusingly, have two tiers of prices for their products. A more expensive one with 'free p&p' and a cheaper one where you have to add up to £8.99 p&p per order on top.

It all works out the same in the end, though.

The most important question, though, is would you still get chocolate if you changed supplier ?

I did the same the other day to see when I last bought Pro Hoof and it was March - looking at the price I think they might have had one of their flash sales on at the time.

I can see what has happened. I always bought 2-3 bags to divide the cost of postage (£8.99). But now they only offer 'Free' postage but have upped the cost of the supplements, so now I can't combine the postage.

Only a few quid but it all counts!

Message them and ask. They are always really helpful with anything like that.

I emailed them earlier to query it, she replied and I explained where the confusion was, hopefully she might do it as the same price
