Pro Forma?

Has anyone applied for a Pro Forma thingie with their insurance company? Esp Petplan?

Just wondering how long it took for it to come through? Was it as simple as the vets letter, then they just say yes?

Really just want to get Josie on the road to recovery now

Hi there

With a Pro forma claim, its a normal claim form, but must write proforma on each page and vet must give estimate of costs. Proformas are normally to get treatment guranteed and should take max of 72 hrs as long as all the info need is received. (thats with petplan)
