I've currently got one horse on Bailey's lo cal (plus high fibre conditioning cubes and speedibeet) and the other is on pro hoof (with a little speedibeet and hi fi lite to mix it in). I'm considering putting both of them on the pro hoof - is it enough of an all-round supplement to do this? The one that's currently on pro hoof is the type to look well on just grazing (has a large area to graze over, lots of different plants to eat) whilst the one that's currently on lo cal is a poor doer who needs more help.
(p.s. the poor doer is currently on lo cal purely because the other one also previously was and it was for convenience rather than having yet more feedbins...and he's looking good on his current ration).

I would think pro hoof would be better for a poor doer, as it contains the equivalent of 10g of yea sacc, which can be very helpful for gut health :).
