Pro re schooling of nappy horse Shropshire/staffs/chesire

Hi, posting on behalf of a friend who has a horse who is nappy out hacking and is possibly looking to send away for re-schooling as she's perfect in every other way. Does anyone have any recommendations?

My friend has Grant Bazin coming to her yard soon, he's been on TV and done magazine articles about problem horses http://www.grantbazin-thehorseman.co.uk/ Apparently he is very effective and travels over the Midlands. Normally charges £100 but if you can share with others a lot cheaper.
