Probably a daft worming query...

I am new to egg counts. The first one in July showed all of my four horses had a 'zero' count. So I had another done in October after worming with just Equitape for tapeworms. This latest count showed my 3 older horses with 'zero' counts again; but my more recently purchased 2 year old filly had a 'medium' count! So, I am assuming that it would be OK to just worm the 2 year old and not the others? Should I be isolating her or would this be overkill? They are all out together on about 6 or 7 acres. I have emailed vets and worm count company but nothing back yet and I am impatient :-) Thanks..

Just worm her, she's young and building her immunity. The others are coping OK. No need to isolate her - she's been shedding eggs on the pasture all this time - and the others have a zero count - so they are doing just fine.
