Problem Catching Pony

Henry has come on a lot since I got him, I can do pretty much anything with him now ... in a small space. He was kept in his stable for a long time, then let into our small field and then into the big one with the other horses. When hes on his own in the small field I can catch him but if there are other horses around I have no chance and in there big field there is never a time when all of them are in at the same time :/ The last few times I've caught him I've had to chase him through the other big field and into the small field. Wouldn't have a problem with this except that all the other horses follow him. Ethel and the other mare let me catch them so its easy to chuck them back in, but the other boy wont let me catch him once hes in the other field but I can never manage to stop him going through with Henry. Today the other one followed him into the small field so I then had to try and get him out without Henry going too. Well ... he sorted that out for me .. went up to him with some food to try and catch him but noo .. Ted had other ideas and jumped over the fence into the other field :| He hit the top wire and broke it off the post but he was okay (owner was pi$$ed off and seemed to act as if it was entirely my fault even though he wasnt even hurt but heyho ..) anywho ... managed to catch Henry once he was on his own. He's now in the small field alone, but he doesnt seem to be able to settle .. he can talk to the others over the fence but he just stands in the corner not doing anything. I'd put Ethel in with him but there are some huge rocks in the middle of the field and I know she'd hurt herself on them and tbh I dont really like him being in with them even though he doesnt really go near them. So I'm a bit stuck .. I cant afford to get fencing to make him a pen in the bigger field what with driving lessons, vet bills etc and I cant be doing with chasing 4 horses around for an hour every day just to bring Henry in give him a quick brush and stick him out again ... I dont really know what else to do ... Does anyone have any ideas?? I cant really work out if hes taking the mick or if hes genuinely(sp?) frightened .. although I'm pretty sure hes just being a numpty lol
