Hi any Wow'ers out there. I am trying to fit a size 0 flock DWG panel onto a size 1 deep seat. This panel fitted perfectly onto my extra deep seat, but is 1/2" out on the deep seat. Does this mean new holes need to be made and if so would these be at the cantle screws or further down? I am waiting for my fitter to come out but would like to figure this out whilst waiting. Thanks.

A pic would help but yes, you might need to drill new holes where the cantle screws go - they should be 1 inch from the screw holes that the size 1 panels should fit assuming it's a size 1 seat

Thanks. I can't upload the pic for some reason. I do not trust my drilling skills into carbon fibre but yes that makes sense.

When fitting a shorter panel to a bigger WOW seat you fix the head and the midline screws and then just screw the end screws into the cantle wherever the holes then end up. There's no other option. The tree is not carbon fibre, it's resin or leather or plastic (depending how old it is), only the joint (with no screws near it) is carbon fibre. You can usually just screw them in without drilling anything by pressing hard, though starting the holes off with something sharp can help.

Thanks. That is really helpful to know. Plastic it is then. I'll get my bradawl out and give it a go.
