Problems with new F55 sand school

We finished the manage on Friday and levelled it with a grader. Yesterday took first horse in to ride and was very disappointed as it rode very deep, in places the hoofprints went down to the membrane. Advice urgently needed please on how we can overcome this problem.

i have no experience of that surface but new arenas can take a long time to bed in- have you watered and rolled?

have you spoken to the manufacturer about what is best to help it bed in quicker?
