Products on horses to sell - regulations?

Hi, can anyone tell me what regulations there are for making products to sell for equestrian use (we're talking shampoo etc.)? Im considering making some products for horses but am struggling to find out the legalities and if they need to be tested etc. Any help gratefully received, thanks!

There was a lot of advice and legal stuff on a recent thread where a person was making their own fly stuff and selling it via facebook, having not done any testing at all (which contravened regs).
I'll try and find it for you as there was a lot of gumph about the testing required.
