I can 100% recommend Morris & Smith Equine nr Melton Mowbray (find them on Facebook) for breaking - they're not dressage people as such but specialise in breaking and challenging youngsters/older horses too. Incredibly patient and thorough and indoor/outdoor/gallops/canter ring /XC course.

Sasha Monro Seear at Team Smith Eventers is excellent - she did my youngster this year and gave him a brilliant start. She has a lovely yard and runs it to a very high standard. Highly recommended.
