Does anyone have one?

If so what do you think of it/has it helped your position/how comfy is it etc?

Need to write something about it for my coursework so anyopinions on it would really help

I brought one for my OH, according to him it is very easy to wear although can get very warm, provides excellent support.

Kerilli has a back support (not sure if it's a prolite) I borrowed it when she was teaching my OH - didn't do much tehn but my back was already aching like mad - may help if put on before you get to that stage

I have one, never got on with it though. I find I have to do it up really tight in an attempt to keep it in position, and even then it rises up beyond my lower back which is where I need it.

My sacroiliac joint is wrecked as I was rolled on when I was 13. The normal back supports, ie prolite etc don't come down far enough so I've got a serola strap instead. Google for it & you'll see what I mean.

Just to give a different perspective.

yep, i've got one, really rate it... when my back's bad, it's the only thing that holds me together and lets me keep riding until my mctimoney chiro can straighten me out again. it does get a bit sweaty underneath but it keeps the muscles nice and warm and supported.
