Prolite girth covers

I can’t find a sheepskin cover / sleeve for a Prolite girth anywhere! I’ve tried the Le Mieux version but it bunches up so wouldn’t want to put that on and risk a rub.

Please say I’m just using google really badly and these do exist?! Or should I try the Fairfax version? Surely we can’t be the only pair that have looked for this

You can just wedge a regular Lemieux sheepskin sleeve on- 2 person job to get on but absolutely no movement once in place! I did it as a temporary measure and was going to order the proper one but never bothered as worked so well

Shires Supafleece cover will go over a Prolite even though it's a straight sleeve. The one where you feed the girth through the "tube" like sleeve.
I have a 46 inch Prolite and the longest Supafleece fits it.

Glad you asked this as I nearly bought the Le Mieux shaped cover for Bo's prolite girth recently.

Sounds like the straight covers stay put better!

The Shires one never moves and it actually looks like it's made for the girth.

Oh brilliant thank you! I have a ton of those Shires ones lying around so will try that out. Glad to hear as the Shires one actually feels better quality than the anatomical Le Mieux one.

I had the Le Mieux sheepskin one on Rose's prolite dressage girth and it was fine!
