just wondering what other people think, horse has a prolite girth sleeve, as can get a bit flinchy when doing girth up, and this seems to help him, and he has had it on for about a year. (well there has been an odd few weeks when it hasnt been on!)

However, yo has now said that putting it on only means the girth grips where the sleeve is, and not up the sides of the horse, and has therefore taken it off.

Any comments???

I used mine on a sensitive horse and never had a problem with it slipping etc. If the girth is adequately tightened I do not think it should affect where the girth touches the horses sides

I bought one ans stuck it on ebay a week later! Used it about three times and each time it turned its self over so that the padded part was on the wrong side of the girth! I now have a lovely Bartle sheepskin girth sleeve that works fantastically.
