Property renting

Hi everyone

i have finaly talked my dad down, he is wanting to sell up and rent a nice little house so he has some money to play with. i have been going on and on for ages about renting a yard and the sort of money you can get out of them, just wanting to know what people are paying for rent for there yrds nd what they get for there money and what you are aloud to offer on the yard as far as livery and training goes, we are based in the north east in co, durham.

i pay £2000 a year for a 4 acre field 2 stables electricity and water and im allowed to ride around the farm
