property to rent

hi,
wondering if anyone can help or give me ideas of where to look as we are re-locating from cumbria to suffolk area.
we would like to find a property to rent with land 2-5acres preferably with stables for two horses. the accomodation does not need to be large as there is only two of us, we have 3 dogs. all our animals our well behaved.
alternatively if anyone knows of a property with a livery yard very close by?
where do i look as not most letting agents field?

Whether they stretch down as far as Suffolk, I'm not sure, but there's an excellent team of land agents, called Brown & Co. (NOT William H Brown, they're hopeless).

Brown & Co deal with lettings and all things rural and they would be my first port of call. If they can't help, they will almost certainly head you in the right direction.

You could try Durrants, Musker McIntyre, Clarke & Simpson, ECR properties.

I would contact the agents listed, I work for one of them (;-) ) although we do not often have much with land that comes up.

Have you been looking on rightmove? That would be my first point of call and then perhaps contact the agents in the areas you are looking

I looked at renting out my property but because of the rules about agricultural tenancies when you rent out with land it put me off. I would find a livery yard and then look for the house, there are a lot of rentals in Suffolk because of the USAF.
