Looking for a property where we can keep our horses - farm / smallholding / equestrian. House with minimum 3 bedrooms + minimum 4 acres land + stables / outbuildings. Plus points would be American barn type stables / riding arena / direct access to off road riding / good views. Facilities for horses more important than house. Happy to modernise / update but don’t want a project renovation. Not in a hurry to move as lots to sort out this end but good budget & cash buyers. We’ve seen brochures of everything already on the market, maybe someone thinking of selling in 6 months time might have just what we’re looking for.

Both are pretty good. I sold my yard/farm thru Churchills 15 years ago and had no problems, very professional.

I also rented some land and nearly sold my place thru Pelhams. David Rumsey is very good as well and worth talking to even if there is nothing obvious on his website.
