Protective Footwear?

My daughter needs a pair of steel toe cap wellies for college and the only ones we have been able to find are mens and therefore start at size 6 and she is only a size 5. We have tried doing extra socks but she needs to be pretty mobile in these boots and a size 6 just ain't cutting it. Does anyone know of a brand of wellies like this that doesn't cost an absolute arm and leg?? Thankies

I use rigger boots but not sure how small these go.
