Anyone had any experiences with this? My horse has had loose droppings because of a new batch of rich hay that we have had. Whats best to do to help him?

Fantastic stuff, my horse used to have loose dropping after any slight changes to her diet such as a different batch of hay, a new field etc. I now use Protexin gut balancer in her feed every day and the quick fix paste if her droppings are really loose, her digestive system seems to be very sensitive but it works everytime. I syringe 5ml per day directly into her mouth in the mornings until the syringe is used up.

I use it for my veteran after worming as she's a very poor doer and prone to loose droppings - even colic after any changes. It's good stuff.

This is interesting. I won some protexin quick fix paste from teamchasing last year....never really knew what it was for so chucked it in the medical box! Sounds useful....best check the date on it!
