Lolly had her first show this weekend and she did so well!! Bearing in mind she is only just 5 and the pony is 4.

Completely pointless and gushy post but I was so proud of her - she only started riding him on Tuesday last week and they look like they have been a team for ages!

This pony was only backed and gelded a couple of months ago...he was rescued from a lady that kept him in a stable and fed him corn. How is it so often that the ones that are abused turn out to be so lovely?

I should have said, that isn't me and the pony isn't mine, that is my next door neighbour who produces welsh showing quality horses and ponies and it is her latest addition to the herd!! but my little girl loves her to bits and so wanted to ride for her

As a matter of interest what other colours would you put with a grey? They are wearing blue tweed for now as we have borrowed the jackets but looking to get our own for next year. We don't want pink cos that seems very popular and we want to stand out a little.
