Ok well last night the box finally arrived and we were able to move Dreamer to the new yard. YO was pretty stressed about the whole thing as we were moving 2 of her ponies and one of the livery horses too!
I am such a proud mummy this morning though! Put travel boots on Dreamer just in case (he's usually quite good but this was a different box) and decided to travel him with the littlest pony in the hope that he wouldn't be able to bite him!
The partition was better than the one in the other trailer so we didn't have to muzzle him, we followed in the car and I could see him turning his head round and trying to look behind him....ears pricked not bothered about biting the pony or not!
When we got there I was pretty glad I hadn't put his rug on as he was quite warm and was shaking a bit (he hasn't actually be travelled for about a year). Backed out of the box lovely and walked straight into his field, boots came off and he was stuffing his face before you could stop him!
Going up just after lunch today to check he's settled and to finish sorting all my stuff out. Hopefully if I get time he can come in onto the yard for a little groom. Will take my camera today as I forgot yesturday!
