Yesterday we took lola to wellington for another team quest outing :) novice 28 so wasn't hopeful as still working on suppleness and the serpentine highlight it! Well she was an utter angel all day and did an obedient but not inspired test.. I was thinking. 62/ 64... Definitely Could be looser in the serpentine, both canter transitions were a little against Me and I dropped her in.the canter/trot.. But was rhythmical and accurate.. Was suprised to score 70% in a low marking class... Right Till the end in 1st.. Until. Last two competitors posted a 75 and 80%! So chuffed with 3rd place on my angel freebie bog pony :D considering she's in season atm and gets tighter :) onwards and upwards!
Sorry no pics this time :(

Ah yes - my mare is a "keep trying" kind of horse too! ALthough, I suspect a lot of it is "rider must stop riding like a doofus in the test" a lot of the time :D
